<p>Although under heavy fire, HD DVD still manages to serve heavy punches. What do you say about it&#8217;s last offer: $80 for  <strong>X-Box 360 HD DVD player</strong> and <strong>6 HD DVD movie titles</strong>?</p>
<p><span id="more-32"></span></p>
<p>We wrote already about add-on for X-Box 360 game console in <a href="http://hdtelevizija.com/hdtv/index.php/high_definition_hdtv_faq/16/">HD FAQ</a> and basically it is an external unit capable of reading HD DVD media. The best thing about it and the very reason why this is the most popular X-Box accessory is in it&#8217;s interface &#8211; it uses <strong>USB port</strong> which allows you to connect it not only to X-Box, but to PC and Mac and use it as a much cheaper substitute for internal HD DVD unit.</p>
<p align="center"><img src="http://hdtelevizija.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/amazon-xbox-360-hd-dvd.jpg" alt="Amazon HD DVD offer" /></p>
<p>Heavy blows done by it rival, the Blu-ray disc, caused huge decrease in the prices for this product. So, in short time interval we have witnessed <strike>199</strike>, <strike>179</strike> and <strike>129</strike>  dollar offers and now the price is just $79,99 for the unit plus 6 HD DVD movies, which is a real bargain.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, this offer is no longer active since they are sold out, but I believe that we will soon see many more interesting offers with &#8220;Wow&#8221; prices.</p>
